I am a fan of Heath Ledger’s movies, and just loved him in ‘A Knight’s Tale’ and ’10 Things I Hate About You’, so it was with disbelief that I read a message on my phone this morning, stating that the 28 year old was found dead in his home in Manhatten.
There weren’t any details other than to say there was no foulplay, so I guess it is just a game of wait and see what unfolds as to the cause of death, over the next few days. Although there is speculation that the death was drug related as there were pills found on the scene.
Heath is due to be seen playing the part of the Joker in the upcoming Batman movie “The Dark Knight”.
He recently separated from his partner, Michelle Williams, and they have a two year old daughter, Matilda Rose.
Such a shame to see his life cut short at such a young age.
