There was a time in the not to distant past, when I was addicted to online auctions.
There is nothing quite like the battle at the end when you really want something and someone else is bidding on it as well.
Unfortunately, more often than not, I would miss out because of our slow internet connection. But it certainly gets the adrenalin pumping as you try to second guess the other person and beat them in the last few seconds.
Well here is a new twist on online auctioning, Low Bid Auctions in which you bid4prizes and the lowest unique bid wins rather than the highest. Yes!!!! that’s all that is required – your bid only has to be the the lowest unique bid.
You can bid on your cell phone or online after having registered and entering your cell phone number. So although this is great fun and you have the opportunity to win a great prize, just keep in mind that call charge costs apply.
So what would I do if I won? I guess it would depend on the prize as to whether I would keep it, give it away as a present or donate it to charity. It would be hard to part with an LCD tv or something that you always wanted.
